Few days ago the government of Kaduna State in nothern Nigeria announced that it was sacking about 22,000 teachers for failing a competence test.
According to the governor Nasir Elrufai, the teachers were given a primary 4 level test to determine their ability but most of them failed the test and had to be thrown out.

Several Kaduna residents accused him of being high handed. But a certain Facebook user who is purportedly a teacher published a post that makes it very clear why they needed to be fired.
