Nigerian music legend, Innocent Idibia AKA 2Baba, will be a keynote speaker at the inaugural Transformers Youth Development Initiative Seminar. The event is in line with the need for continuous positive engagement of the youth required for the construction of the Nigeria of our dreams.
Themed “TAKE THE FUTURE: YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNANCE, the one-day seminar will hold on March 22, 2018 by 11am at Leila’s place in Isolo area of Lagos, and also features as speakers, respected good governance advocate and executive director, EiE, Yemi Adamolekun, creative entrepreneur and development enthusiast, Efe Omorogbe and top rated music producer, Gospel on de Beatz.
The guests will be speaking on the need, modus, channels and benefits of active youth engagement in politics and governance particularly as Nigeria preps for the 2019 general elections.
2Baba and Efe Omorogbe through ‘The 2Baba Foundation’ have been active in mobilizing young Nigerians towards positive engagement through projects like the widely successful “Vote Not Fight: Election no be War” campaign. Similarly, Yemi Adamolekun through “RSVP”, “Office of the Citizen” and other Enough is Enough vehicles, has been at the forefront of mass mobilization of Nigerians at various levels. Along with ace producer, Gospel on de Beatz, the resource team promises participants an exciting and impactful experience.
