American rapper Busta Rhymes has touched down in Lagos, Nigeria.
The 37 year-old Jamaican-American, who’s headlining the popular Star Megajam concert in Lagos and Abuja this weekend, arrived Lagos aboard an Iberia airline flight tonight (at about 10:00PM Nigerian time).
Inside sources say the veteran rapper came to Lagos from Asia, where he was having a tour.
Busta is performing in LAgos and Abuja on Friday and Saturday, alongside Ludacris, MI, D’Banj, Psquare, Faze, The Pulse, The Diamondz, 9ice, Timaya and Tony One Week.
His flight touched down at the Murtala Mohammed International airport, Lagos few minutes before 10PM tonight.
Our sources say he’s in town with his mother Geraldine Green and a lady identified as his wife.
The rapper and his entourage are staying at the highbrow Eko Hotels and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos. They left the airport in a convoy of Range Rover sports, Toyota Prado jeep, and several Buses marked ‘Star Mega Jam’
Apart from performing in Lagos and Abuja, Busta, who’s currently working on his next studio album, is also expected to shoot the video for his collabo with The Pulse ‘So Te’.
His co-headliner Ludacris is expected to arrive Lagos aboard Delta airline on Wednesday Decmber 9.
