Christmas has come early for some lucky ones as Empire star, Jussie Smollett is donating some money to charity this holiday season.

According to TMZ, Smollett is donating $125,000, being proceeds from his latest album, “Sum Of My Music,” to charities supporting causes dear to his heart.
Groups to benefit from the donation include Black AIDS Institute, Flint KIDS, South Africa’s SKY Foundation, the Trayvon Martin Foundation, the Human Rights Campaign, Know Your Rights Camp, ACLU and the Anthony Burrell Dance School.
Jussie Smollett, who plays Jamal Lyon in the Empire series, is known for his philanthropy.
