As embattled singer R. Kelly continues to battle with his recent legal woes, the singer may soon come face-to-face with the family of one his alleged “sex slaves” believed to be held at his Chicago Trump Tower pad.
The family of the woman, Joycelyn Savage are also hoping that they can get some assistance from law enforcement to watch their backs.
Attorney for Joycelyn’s family, Gerald Griggs, tells TMZ he and the alleged victim’s family are actively working with prosecutors in Illinois to conduct a new welfare check on Joycelyn at the apartment.
Both both Joycelyn along with another woman Azriel Clary were at R. Kelly’s court hearing over the weekend, supporting him.
Kelly was granted bail of $1 million after his indictment on 10 counts of Sexually assaulting four girls who were aged between 13 – 17 when the alleged offence was committed and faces up to 70 years if convicted of the crimes.
