Drummer-girl Aralola was scared silly, when her baby boy fell ill and had to be placed on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Ara’s boy, named Prince Maleeq, is a 21 month-old cutie born in Miami, US on May 18 2008, shortly before the singer-drummer returned home.
‘Help me thank God people, my son took ill and before I knew it, he needed oxygen to breathe’, Ara wrote on her Facebook page on Monday February 8. ‘Doctors giving him CPR and I was told to blow air in his mouth…’, the former Atunda act wrote.
‘My testimony is this -God did not allow the devil to steal my joy. praiseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Gooddddddddddd! alleluya!!!!!!!!!’
She was joyous beyond limits; and her friends on the social networking site shared her joy; with comments reaching 139.
‘You shall never see (the) grave or coffin of your children. God of all protection shall shield you and the family. Amen.’, Onbo Abayomi wrote’.
Fellow musician Azeezat said : ‘God is wonderful’
Two days later, on Wednesday, Ara wrote : ‘I learnt a rather big lesson yesterday when he finally opened his eyes and said ‘Mama’. I never knew how much that meant to my ears and world’.
The nature of her son’s illness could not immediately be confirmed.
