Recently, MTN Nigeria hosted its high-value customers at the highbrow Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. Guests at the event were treated to a night of great music by the Sha Band, engaging conversation and sumptuous meals.
The forum, intended to appreciate and engage customers that have directly or indirectly added value to the leading ICT company, also served as an avenue to receive feedback from super-users on how the company can provide more value to its customers.
While welcoming guests at the event, Chief Customer Service Officer, MTN Nigeria, Ugonwa Nwoye said ‘this gathering is not only to appreciate you for choosing MTN but to also seek your opinion on how we can improve our services as our aim is to continually enhance our services.”
The CEO, VeniVici Health Club, Arinola Adeniyi shared tips with guests on healthy living habits that everyone should imbibe, highlighting the need to destress from the demanding nature of living in an urban city such as Lagos.
