Today is the 25th anniversary of the annulled June 12, 1993, presidential election widely believed to be won by late Nigerian politician, Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola, popularly referred to as MKO, under the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
To the amazement of all Nigerians and the enthusiasts of the late politician, the Federal Government decided to make today, June 12, the official Democracy day celebration in Nigeria.
In the spirit of Democracy Day, NET TV took the streets to find out the full meaning of MKO Abiola and we were shocked at the answers.
