2016 has been a fruitful year for many Nigerian celebrities as at least 25 of them welcomed new babies into their homes.

Nollywood actress and former face of Lux, Olaide Olaogun delivered a baby boy on Saturday, May 7 in the U.S.
Olaide, who is mostly known for her roles in the Super Story TV drama, got married to her sweetheart, Babatunde Ojora on Thursday, December 3, 2015.
Kenneth Okonkwo
Popular Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo and his beautiful wife, Ifeoma welcomed their first child – a baby boy in the U.S on Friday, May 6, 2016, after 9 years of marriage.
The bundle of joy was delivered at The University of Maryland, St. Joseph Medical Center.
Dotun Taylor
Filmmaker, Dotun Taylor and his wife, Modupe had their third child on May 5, 2016.
The new baby was christened Madiba Akindamola Eniayomide Taylor.
Babafemi Raji
Brila FM OAP, Babafemi Raji fondly called ‘Topmost Striker’ and his wife, Toyosi had their first child on April 8, 2016, in the U.S, 6 years after marriage.
Expressing his joy, Femi told NET: ‘You can’t understand the feeling. It’s almost 6 years now and my princess just arrived. I feel on top of the world’.
DJ TTB
Cool FM disc jockey, Dj TTB, whose real name is Tochukwu Charles Ananti and wife, Gwen had their first child – a baby girl on April 19, 2016.
The bundle of joy, named Aamani, was born at Cartersville Medical Centre, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
The new parents got married on Saturday, July 11, 2015 in Abuja.
De Don
Nigerian comedian, Iruvwe Okeremute popularly known as ‘De-Don’ welcomed his second child on April 12, 2016.
The humour merchant told our correspondent that the baby girl was born at Prince George County in Maryland, USA.
K-Solo
Nigerian music producer, Solomon Oyeniyi a.k.a ‘K-Solo’ and his girlfriend, Matop Nyenty welcomed a baby boy on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in Lagos.
Matop, who hails from Cameroon is a graduate of the University of Lagos.
David Nnaji and Jodie
Nigerian singer, Jodie and her husband, David Nnaji , who is a Nollywood actor, welcomed their first child, a baby boy on April 9, 2016.
The couple, who got engaged in September 2015, held their traditional marriage on Saturday, October 31, 2015 in Warri, Delta State.
Louise Priddy
Popular socialite and club owner, Louise Priddy delivered her second child – a baby girl in March.
The beautiful lady announced the arrival of the bundle of joy on Instagram by sharing the photos of the new tot with this caption: ‘Baby Ayla Oluwatamilore is here … Thank you God.’
Uche Kalu
Nigerian international footballer and former Enyimba FC player, Uche Kalu and wife Ada, welcomed their first child – a boy – into the world in March.
The couple, who got engaged in April 2015, christened the young boy Michael Uche Junior.

The baby boy was christened on March 9, 2016 in Lagos and his names are Adegbolabo Olubowale Joseph Ibuoye.

Nigerian comedian, Justice Nuagbe otherwise called ‘Ushbebe‘ welcomed his first child, a baby boy on March 15, 2016.
His wife, Annette Nuagbe delivered the baby, who has been named Nolan, in Atlanta, United States of America.
The couple got married on November 23, 2013 in Edo State.

Ibrahim Adeoti, CEO Hibbee Pictures, a popular Yoruba movie marketing outfit and his wife had their first child – a baby boy on March 3, 2016.
The baby was delivered at Toki Hospital, Surulere, Lagos.
Teni Olafisayo
British-born Nigerian afro-soul musician, Teni Olafisoye and hubby Ayodeji David, welcomed a baby boy in February.
The fashion designer, fashion blogger and musician, got married to Ayodeji at the Ikoyi Registry last year.
Teni Olufisayo owns House of Makeda, a leading fashion outfit in Nigeria.
Hudayyah Sadiq Abacha
Abuja-based top fashion designer and daughter in-law of late military ruler, General Sani Abacha, Hudayyah Sadiq Abacha, gave birth to a baby boy in February.
Hudayyah is married to Sadiq Sani Abacha, one of the sons of the late dictator. The couple got married in 2013.
Tonto Dikeh
Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh gave birth to a baby in the U.S on February 17, 2016.
The controversial actress announced the birth of her child on Instagram saying ‘Today I experienced the Greatest Miracle known to man. I can’t begin to explain the joy I feel, it’s super awesome.

The baby was born at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Yomi is married to Victoria Ige, a U.S-based Nigerian nurse. Their first daughter is named Aliyah.

The wife of Nollywood comic actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu, Stella Maris gave birth to a baby boy in February.
The couple got married last year.
Biola Kazeem
Popular Nigerian football analyst, Biola Kazeem and his wife, Yeyinu got their second child, a boy, in the United States of America in January.
