Nigerian singer, Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon, popularly known as Reekado Banks has announced his departure from ace music label, Mavin Records owned by music producer, Don Jazzy.
Reekado who announced this on his Instagram page a day after his 25th birthday, thanked his former boss, Don jazzy for signing him on in 2013. This news has made a lot of fans mushy as they wish him well in his new endeavours. Formerly called ‘Spicy,’ he got The Headies’ Rookie of the Year, in 2014 and won The Headies Next Rated award in 2015. His debut studio album, Spotlight – released on September 1, 2016 – debuted at number 10 on the Billboard World Album Music Chart.
