Rap Boss, Ill Bliss Releases New EP, ‘The Illospohy’

If you like raw and matured raps, you are bound to love the rap boss himself, Ill Bliss, and he has decided to bless you with yet another deep project titled ‘Illosophy’. He dedicated the album to his friend who died recently, B-Elect and helped him curate the album from early last year.

This extended playlist comes as his next big project after Illy-Zilla where he collaborated with music producer TeckZilla. The new EP that features seven tracks that were produced by major rap producers, Major Bangs, XYZ, Black Intelligence and TeckZilla. This EP is supposed to help set the tone for Ill Bliss’ sixth studio album, ‘ILLY CHAPO’ that is scheduled for a late September 2019 Release under his own record label, Goretti Company.

He said as he announced the release of this new EP that “Dear Big Homie B-Elect, the saddest part of this project is that you are not here to see it released. This is officially the First Project Under The B-Elect Art Foundation. You curated this from Start to Finish ( from early 2018)and inspired me to keep recording until we had everything in the bag.”

He continued his dedication saying, “In your words… “Never Forget the essence of Your Art. Create your Heart“ A night before you passed, We were backstage at an event in Lekki and you kept reminding me how important Our EP Would be for the Resurgence of Rap in Nigeria….. I dedicate this EP titled “iLLOSOPHY” to You. YOU are Featured on “Grown Man Raps” Happy I found the opportunity to make music with you for the last time before you passed.”

He also stated how they missed B-Elect and thanked all the people who helped to produce the album. He said “We miss you so dearly B Dash!! Your Legacy Will Never End. Special thanks to everyone who helped put this body of work together. The producers @majorbangz1, @tha_xyz,  @intel360,  @teckzilla108, the Supreme Mixing WIzard @thasuspect, Our great friends, @ibeananaba,  @mgblive, @officialteedash for their Unwavering support.”

The album is now available on all platforms, especially for people who understand dope lines, deep stuff and big man sound.
