Robert Allen, the third person of interest in the robbery and murder of 20-year-old rapper, XXXTentacion has reportedly pleaded with the judge to let him out on bail.
The 22-year-old in his appeal insists there is no proof he committed the crime and believes he should be released so he could take care of his pregnant fiancée. He also added that if his request is granted he will go back working for a lawn care business in Broward County where he stays with his mom.

This comes after the first person arrested and charged in connection with the murder, Dedrick Williams filed documents requesting the court to grant him a private investigator to look into prosecutors evidence if it’s enough to prove if he committed a crime.
Williams said his attorney has identified a private investigator who can work the case but needs the court to authorize a Ten thousand dollars payment for the services. Williams has also requested cell phone forensics and cell phone tower analysis.
Allen was indicted for first-degree murder by a grand jury along with Dedrick Williams, Trayvon Newsome and Michael Boatwright. All four still remain in custody
