Premier League champions, Chelsea completed the signing of French midfielder, Tiemoue Bakayoko, earlier today for a reported £40m fee.
And the midfielder has thanked the club’s Belgian striker, Michy Batshuayi, for making the move possible.
Both players had exchanged a series of emoji-laden tweets late on Thursday, hinting at the deal almost being done at the time.
‘Thanks to my agent,’ Bakayoko wrote to Batshuayi on Twitter after completing the move.

Bakayoko was part of the Monaco team that beat Paris Saint-Germain to the French Ligue 1 title last season.
He also helped the club reach the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
