Nigerian pop queen, Tiwa Savage seems to have patched things up with her estranged husband, Teebillz. Nearly eighteen months after their infamous crisis that led to a suicide attempt and a shocking tell-all interview respectively, the two have been seen in a rare public display of affection.
At the recently concluded African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) in Dallas, Texas, music commentator and owner of NotJustOK who was in attendance shared how he saw Tiwa bring Teebillz on stage.
Tiwa Savage just brought T-Billz out on stage at @afrimma in Dallas. Then they hugged very tight. Crowd went wild! Lit! #Afrimma2017

For fans of The Baloguns who have been hoping that a reconciliation was on the cards must be excited by this development. There have been reports of them working out their differences and Teebillz have shared several photos of his wife on his Instagram. Up till now, she hasn’t done the same. But they’ve been spotted attending social events and their son’s school together.
Without a doubt, for fans of the ‘My Darlin’ singer, this is a welcomed change. Rumours of Teebillz and Tiwa’s reconciliation have been up and about ever since the two were pictured at an event earlier this year.
This news comes days after Tiwa did ‘ruffle a few feathers’ when she disclosed in an interview with Tolu ‘Toolz’ Oniru of The Beat FM that she does not think men and women are equal.
She said:‘I also don’t think men and women are equal, I don’t think that’s how God created us that way… especially in the household anyway. So I think as females when we realize that yeah we can be strong in our career, but when we are home we have to realize that the man is the head of the house.’
