There almost weren’t enough superlatives to describe Patoranking’s performance at the Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ finale on Sunday, October 6.
The dancehall singer stood tall on the luminous stage of the live eviction show, delivering a masterful performance that reminded everyone why he has come so far in the Nigerian music industry. Ecstatic fans at the show couldn’t stop screaming in disbelief as Patoranking performed a bevy of hits from his impressive music catalog.
Clad in a leather jacket and sparkling shoes whilst coasting across the stage with a confidence that has set him apart from his peers, it was immediately evident that the singer was ready to steal the show and leave millions of BBNaija fans watching him live and in the comfort of their homes on the night with an indelible memory.
By the time Patoranking and Tiwa Savage teamed up to perform their hit song, ‘Girlie O’, the hysterical crowd had almost lost their voices as they sang along and yearned to have a touch of the music superstars.
Patoranking’s mind-blowing performance was a befitting climax for the hugely successful fourth season of BB Naija, a reality show that has indisputably cemented its status as having immense influence on Nigeria’s pop culture.
Tiwa Savage and MI Abaga were the other performers at the live eviction show.
