Fans around the world are pouring out odes to the legendary musician and performer, Michael Jackson as they mark the 10th year anniversary of his passing.

Globally renowned as the King of Pop, Twitter, AOL IM, and Wikipedia all crashed at 3:15PM when the news of his death broke in 2009.

Today, June 25 2019 makes it 10 years that he died  of cardiac arrest at his rented mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles just three weeks to a sold out concert in London. His personal doctor, Conrad Murray, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for prescribing a lethal dose of anesthetic propofol that caused a sleep he never woke from. Born in August, 29 1958, he died at the age of 50 years old.

Remembering his life and the impact he made through an illustrious music and entertainment career that lasted over a period of four decades, passionate fans including Mr. P (Peter Okoye) of P-Square have been sharing tributes online in his honour.
